LUCENA CITY — Quezon police operatives arrested 4 alleged drug pushers and seized greater than P271,000 price of shabu (crystal meth) throughout separate anti-illegal drug operations on Saturday, February 18.
Quezon police chief Col. Ledon Monte mentioned in a report on Sunday that cops armed with a search warrant swooped down on the home of Lorenzo Seño on Saturday morning in Barangay (village) 10.
The raiders seized 19 sachets of meth with a avenue worth of P161,160 and shabu-sniffing paraphernalia in the course of the operation. Seño was taken into custody by police.
In Tiaong city, Mark Anthony Balmes was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Lalig round 10 p.m. The suspect yielded eight sachets of shabu price P63,240 on the street market.

Drug suspect Bongbong Llaneta was collared by Lucena Metropolis police operatives in Barangay Ibabang Iyam on Saturday morning. Seized from him have been P22,440 price of shabu.
The suspects, all recognized pushers on police watchlists, have been detained and might be charged of violating the Complete Harmful Medicine Act of 2002.
