“The Prime Minister was underneath the safety of the SPG. The woman (whose cellphone fell on PM’s car) was a BJP employee. The SPG folks returned it to her later,” Extra Director Common of Police (Regulation and Order), Alok Kumar informed PTI.
“Within the pleasure (of the occasion), it was thrown and he or she had no (sick) intention however we are attempting to hint the girl as a result of the cellphone was handed over to her by the SPG sleuths,” he added.
The incident occurred when PM Modi, flanked by Mysuru-Kodagu MP Pratap Simha and former ministers Okay S Eshwarappa and S A Ramadas, was waving at individuals who gathered in massive numbers on each side of the roads.
