MANILA, Philippines— Division of Social Welfare and Improvement (DSWD) Secretary Rex Gatchalian on Friday met with the Samahan ng Nagkakaisang Pamilya ng Pantawid (SNPP) to handle issues relating to the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps).
