LTO deepens probe into multiple-vehicle collision in Mandaluyong

MANILA, Philippines — The Land Transportation Workplace (LTO) is getting deeper into its investigation of a multiple-vehicle crash final Jan. 10 on the nook of Shaw Boulevard and San Miguel Avenue in Barangay Wack Wack, Mandaluyong.
