LTO launches ‘Isumbong Mo Kay Chief’ QR code

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has launched on Tuesday the "Isumbong Mo Kay Chief," an online complaint and feedback system which can be accessed through a QR code.

MANILA, Philippines — The Land Transportation Workplace (LTO) has launched on Tuesday the “Isumbong Mo Kay Chief,” a web based criticism and suggestions system which might be accessed via a QR code.
