Director Kurt Wimmer’s new adaptation of Stephen King’s traditional horror story Youngsters of the Corn has been picked up by RLJE Movies and AMC community’s horror streaming service Shudder.
On this new tackle the story, which serves as a prequel, “a psychopathic 12-year-old woman in a small city in Nebraska recruits all the opposite kids and goes on a bloody rampage, killing the corrupt adults and anybody else who opposes her. A shiny excessive schooler who gained’t associate with the plan is the city’s solely hope of survival.”
